Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Can I get my item insured?

Tribeca Watch is pleased to offer a free appraisal with each watch that you buy from us. You can use this document to get your item(s) insured by your homeowners, renters, or 3rd party insurance companies that specialize in such insurance.

What should I expect to get with my watch?

Many of our watches include the original manufacturer's box and all documentation. If the original box is not available, we will provide you with a quality replacement box. If there is no manufacturer's paperwork, Tribeca Watch will provide a complimentary appraisal listing all verified documentation free of charge upon request. This appraisal can also be used for insurance purposes.

Will my watch come with a manufacturer's warranty?

Most of the watches we sell have transferable Factory Warranty, but this is not guaranteed and should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

I can't find the specific watch I want. What now?

Feel free to contact us and detail the specifics of your request. We can fulfill orders even if the watch model is not currently listed.

Do you accept offers?

We do accept offers that are competitive with the listed price. Additionally, if you are interest in a wire payment we can offer a discount.

Can you customize my watch?

Upon request we can add custom diamonds, bezels and bracelets.

What is the size of the bracelet?

Each model will have slightly different bracelet size, but most of our models can fit up to a 7.5" wrist. If you need extra links, please reach out to us with your order number or add that information to your Inquiry. There might be an additional cost for extra links.

Additionally, for your comfort we can size your watch per your wrist size. The additional links, if any, will be included in the shipment.

How long will it take to get my watch?

The entire ordering process typically takes between 3-5 business days. If you are searching for a watch that we do not have in stock, we will quote you a timeframe to procure the item.

How do I sell my watch?

Selling your watch with Tribeca Watch is easy! Fill out our online form with your timepiece's description (ensure to put the reference number if availble) and get a quote from one of our appraisers in 24 hours!

If you are happy with that quote, you will receive a FedEx Overnight Insured delivery label to ship your watch to us. Once we receive your timepiece, we will inspect it for authenticity and alignment with the description. Once everything check out you will receive your payment that same day!

If the watch is not as described or there is an authenticity issue we will return it free of cost.

How do I trade my watch?

Trading your watch with Tribeca Watch is easy! Fill out our online form with your timepiece's description (ensure to put the reference number if available) and get a quote from one of our appraisers in 24 hours!

If you are happy with that quote, you will receive a FedEx Overnight Insured delivery label to ship your watch to us. Once we receive your timepiece, we will inspect it for authenticity and alignment with the description. If the watch is not as described or there is an authenticity issue we will return it free of cost.

Once everything checks out, will deduct the price of your timepiece from your new purchase. If additional payment is needed, you will receive same-day payment from us!

Your new timepiece will now be on it's way! You will receive a tracking label via email.

We offer free overnight delivery with every purchase.

How do I get paid?

We pay by wire transfer directly into your account the day we receive and authenticate your watch.

What brands does Tribeca Watch buy?

We purchase Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Cartier, Omega and Richard Mille timepieces.

Do you purchase internationally?

Yes we do!

Where is my watch's serial number?

Your timepiece's serial number location will depend on the manufacturer. Follow the list below.

  • Rolex: engraved between the lugs at the 12 o'clock position on the watch case
  • Audemars Piguet: engraved on the case back (the part of the watch that rests on your wrist when worn)
  • Patek Philippe: on the case back, either engraved or printed around the edges
  • Cartier: engraved on the case back
  • Omega: engraved on the inside of the case back
  • Richard Mille: engraved on the watch's movement

What if there is a problem with the watch I sent?

If the watch is not as described or there is an authenticity issue we will return it free of cost.

Shipping & Returns

We use FedEx as our shipping courier

What is the shipping policy?

Tribeca Watch is pleased to offer fully insured second day air shipping free of charge on all domestic orders and economical international shipment around the World.

All Tribeca Watch shipments are fully insured and securely packed. A signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will then apply, and will be added at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the item can be legally imported into the destination country. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All watches listed on our website for purchase are in stock and ready to ship. For verified payments received prior to 4pm, we generally ship the same business day. Shipments go out Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

If you are searching for a watch that we do not have in stock, we will quote you a timeframe to procure the item.

What is your return policy?

We provide full refunds within 7 days for any watches received that are not as described. We cannot guarantee refunds for “buyer’s remorse”, but we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis if a Store Credit can be issued. For custom orders, all sales are final. 

About Tribeca Watch

Are all watches 100% authentic?

Every watch we sell at Tribeca Watch is guaranteed to be authentic and genuine name-brand. We independently authenticate all of our watches prior to listing and shipping, ensuring the watch is 100% genuine.

You're welcome to authenticate your watch locally at any authorized retailer. For a list of authorized retailers for any specific brand please go to the manufacturers website.

Do you have a retail store?

At this time, all of our operations are online. We cannot show watches in person, nor hand-deliver them.

What is an "Authorized Dealer"?

An Authorized or Official Dealer is simply a dealer who has agreed to work with a limited number of manufacturers in exchange for steeply discounted pricing on merchandise. However, the manufacturers place strict guidelines on merchandise pricing for Authorized Dealers, which restricts the dealers from discounting merchandise. As such, these dealers operate at very high margins and do not pass savings on to their customers.

Is Tribeca Watch an Authorized Dealer?

Tribeca Watch Inc is not an "Authorized Dealer" of the high-end luxury brands that we sell. Authorized dealers cannot sell online or below retail. We can do both. We choose to pass that savings on to you.
