Our Returns Policy

Returns are only accepted for defective items and must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. This policy applies strictly to watches that arrive defective from shipment, not to items that have been damaged, altered, or mishandled by the customer.

If a watch arrives with a manufacturing or operational issue, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately so that we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution. We will assess each claim carefully to verify that the issue qualifies as a defect covered under our return policy.

We do not accept general returns for reasons such as a change of mind, personal preference, or buyer’s remorse. However, in certain cases, we may offer an exchange option at our discretion, which will be subject to a restocking fee.
